> WhatisBest is independent B2B product research. Every article is one of
> three formats — comparison (head-to-head between vendors), roundup
> (top-N list across a category), or buyer's guide — published under a
> sector hub (e.g. cybersecurity, fintech, sales-enablement). Each
> article has a stable canonical URL, a JSON-LD `Article` record with
> `author`, `datePublished`, `dateModified`, `articleSection`
> (sector), and `keywords` (tags). Sector hubs and tag hubs emit
> `CollectionPage` + `ItemList` JSON-LD enumerating their member
> articles by canonical URL.

- Every article page emits Schema.org `Article` JSON-LD with `author`
  (`Person`), `publisher` (`Organization`), `articleSection`
  (sector label), `keywords` (tag list), and an `ImageObject` for
  the featured image where present.
- Sector and tag hubs emit `CollectionPage` + `ItemList` JSON-LD
  listing their member articles by canonical URL so an answer engine
  can ingest a sector cluster in one fetch.
- The `articleType` values in CMS include at least `comparison`,
  `listacle`, and `roundup`. The site may add more; each maps to a
  display label (and unknown values are title-cased for the UI).
  `listacle` and `roundup` both render as "Roundup" in the UI today.
